Banned account for Nostalrius

Hello,

I got my cousins account plus my account banned permanently for playing both account at same time, I didn't know about the rule and I want at least if is possible to remove the permanently account ban to my cousins account because he didn't know about what I did.

You can check by IP connections that one account is from Spain and the other is from Canada, so we are 2 different person.
Also this is the 1st and last time this is going to happen and the mistake is mine, not of the other person.

I politely ask you to remove the permaBan on the character Darkmoor on server Nostalrius PvP.
I understand that the character Tadorm on server Nostalrius PvP stays with the PermaBAN as I am the 1 who commit this severe mistake.

Pd: I read also about the account sharing, but in some cases its not fair to apply this, if my girlfriend creates and account to play with me and I create this account for her, in that case I will know 2 account, it is not fair to ban us for that, as if I know an account of a family member of mine.

Pd2: You also can see by the chat logs with the GM, that I have been polite and didn't try to negate anything, because I didn't know about that rule.

As you pointed out, account sharing is also a violation of the Terms of Use. While you were guilty of multiboxing, your cousin was also guilty of sharing his account.

We do not vary in how we apply the sanctions or interpret our rules, so unfortunately both accounts will remain banned. However we do appreciate your politeness, and invite you and your cousin to create a new accounts and follow the rules.
