Account banned for no reason

My account has just been banned, and i have no idea why.

Character name: Itzcoatl on the pve server.

Can you give me an explanation?

Hi Leythia, thanks for the reply.

The problem actually began while on a level 1 alt in stormwind on the PvP server (I wanted to check Dire maul gear on atlas loot on the pvp server in preparation for release tomorrow). I don’t remember chatting with anyone though?

The chat protection filter bans you if you say something in general or trade before level 15. It's a pain for newer players, but it combats gold seller spam. You'll get unbanned soon I'm sure. Just try not using public channels till you're a bit higher!
