Account closed??

Hi,

Very confused.

Literally just started playing today and now getting a message saying my account has been closed. All I did was post a message on chat asking for a social leveling guild!

Never botted, never cheated, never been here before now.. Let me explain..

My brother-in-law was visiting today, and had tried the server on/off over the past month. So he made a character with my name on his account until I could register it myself. Both events today.

Signed up on main site, signed up on forum, created characters. Server went down.
Server eventually comes back up and I begin playing, eventually making my merry way to Ironforge. I post a message to chat asking for a social leveling guild, no response, so 10 minutes or so later whilst fishing in Ironforge so my hearthstone to can cooldown I post a similar message.

Suddenly I am disconnected with an account closed message, and the main site claims I am banned.

I am sure there is a reasonable mistake made, but what a nice welcome for a new player, lol!

This sounds like a false positive ban from our chat protection system, which is (unfortunately) necessary to combat gold seller advertising spam.

Please provide the name of a character on the account so we can investigate.
