I was talking to a GM and suddenly got dc , then it seems i got banned. I don't know for what reason i've been banned. Can you tell me by any chance? I believe there are some misunderstandings. Thanks.

The account associated with "Ruoxi" has been banned for account scamming and trading. This essentially means buying/selling/trading accounts and/or hacking a player's account for the purpose of doing the same.

Account Ruoxi never been bought or traded, it was me all the time , can you link me some "Providence" that may cause GM thinking this account have been traded or sth, i may explain to you due to process of immigration. and about hacking, i don't even know what was that, which account am i aim for hacking? or maybe you can tell me, plz let me know sth, thank you very much
