Account trouble

I was on work away from country 3 months,now i come back from ship wanted to log my shaman and it seems my pass was not good so i reset it back,but still cant connect.
I went to website and it says [Your account has been banned permanently].
Can i get some info about this. Is there something if you dont log longer time you lose account ? Anyway to get this back ?
