3rd time and its worse now...

so i already report few time for trouble to log in on my account (since i created him)

so when i log other account work well and this account has several issue to pass through (enable to connect)

i need to log another account close/launch new client and sometime its log without getting ban for 10 or 15min

but today i'm a new lvl of shit when i try to log in i'm getting ban instantly for 10/15 min after login my account

and can't log another account for this time.

can you please fix this.

I do not know what to tell you. Your account is not banned. None of your accounts are. Are you sure that you do not have any 3rd party software that could hinder your connection? Is it possible that someone else knows your account details and is logging in as well? You should reset the passwords of all of your accounts, just incase - and scan your system for any malicious programs. Might be worth it to double check your addons as well.
