The account associated with Dextious on the PvP server was banned by an automated chat spam system designed to reduce gold advertising spam and other spam from low level characters.

This ban is most likely a false positive and is under review. We will advise shortly when the account is unbanned.

Please try to limit the use of public chat channels with characters that are lower than level 15. Once you achieve that level, most of the restrictions are lifted.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think this could have been caused by an Add-on? If so then one of the add-ons in the official add-on pack is causing it because I haven't used any other add-on.
