Help with acc!

Hello dear GM! I can't login to my account kenaya1991 (Zanzibarra rogue human lvl 60) pass - q1w2e3r4. Yesterday afternoon I was thrown out of more games and it will not let me. Old password kenaya1991 is also not suitable. But I see that my character in the game and someone plays?! Please help. I think my acc was stolen. email post from acc not working(((

Remove the account name and password - are you crazy??

GM's only need a character and realm name, but guess that is too late since your account was already hacked.
And I am not the slighest surprised: You make your user name public and even have the same password ......
Account security is your responsibility, and GM's will not do anything but keep the account banned to avoid further damage.

When you start your new account, please review your security settings. Your account name must be kept secret and not easy to guess (must be different from both ingame name and forum name - and obviously the password).

I won't even bother editing out the account name or password, as it is now banned for account sharing/compromised. Feel free to make a new account and respect our rules, and review your security practices.
