Banned account

Hi. My account with character Lilblade was banned 2015/03/30
I think it was something with lockpicking and chests. I didnt know that using lockbox with fast respawn, it is a bug using. How can i unlock my account with this character?

If your ban is older than 1 month, then they won't review it.

All you can do is creating a new account with following the rules.
