Dear GM team；

I cant found any reason to lock my appeal in previous post. or for some reason to avoid the truth? But, I will still fight for my right in thise case.


I'm gald to see your response on my appeal evenuntally, guess thats a good beginning of re-appealing in this case, the consequence wasn't that gooud through. I have no idea that the judgement was based on what facts and proofs to define Im a " gold seller", I'm here to entreat you pls showing these evidences in any form of release or announcement.
As I've read your reply, some potential misundestanding in game transactions was recalling on my mind.
1. half month ago I used to trade 8 traveler backbag to character Remmsteina for free under my horde character Thunderpower. In fact, He is my in game friend and also as No.2 MT from the guild "Dominate the Palace" (Alliance side). He was wishing to have some fun after finished raiding. As his friend, I was happy to accept his request by trading him backage without thinking anything else. His alliance character name is " Nightwish" Human warrior.
2. I used to gift 4 travler backbags to "Mirageclam" at Darnassus, this player Mirageclam is my brother with relativeness. He decided to experience wow again on Nostarilus. So I decided to trade him four traveler backbages for helping. I thought these transactions were no influences on any players in community and I didn't breach the Rule upon the ToU.
3. Fearmaster, this character used to trade one stack of Arcanite Bar to Onlyzhanshen, first at all. He is the MT of our guild as well as my friend. And these Aracnite bars belongs to guild as public property, so my duty was stored them. Therefore, I dont think this activitiy will be treated as any form of profit exchanges. Not to mention selling them for real money.
4. The day I got banned. Someone( I forget his name, may be a hunter) whispered me, he was wishing to purchase Nightfall from me but no willing to bid it from aution hourse. Later on, this deal was done on a negotiting price 700g at the front of IF aution. I don't think the deal has any forbidden gold transactions issue as well.
All in all, there are all transactions I can remember in recent days that may be misled your decison. If they're any more doubtful points . pls point them out for me. I will be appericated abou it. And, Hopefully, I can receive a reasonable outcome.

By the way, as an adult nearly 30 Im very thankful for all of your efforts on Nostarlrius and very enjoy playing in this friendly community. for that matter, I devoted lots of time and love on my friends and characters. Thus, once again, I entreat you sir, pls do an investigating once more time. Fairly.

Both accounts were banned for buying/selling/trading gold. The bans have been confirmed by the administration and are permanent. There is no appeal.
