Hi i've got banned 5 min ago. It's my bank-character 2 lvl. i just send in trade: wts blablabla and instant ban.
ps: 2 lvl character. Maybe here the problem?

Remove the account name - this is half the information needed to hack your account. Having account name same as ingame name is pretty stupid, and shows that you don't really care about account security at all.
A GM will review the ban when he reach your request in the queue.
And ... please don't use the cant channels until you are level 15 - the spam filter is quite sensitive at low levels.
