what happened account banned?

So i was running my bank character recipeholde to thunder bluff and all the sudden i got dc and says account is banned. Why did i get banned?

Please provide the name of a character on the account, and which server you play on. There is no character named "recipeholde" on either the PVE or PVP server.

characters name was recipeholde, server was nostalrius begins pvp pvp. i just started him and was running to thunder bluff. the only other character on that account was named weiheals.

Found you - the account was banned by the automatic chat spam system. Try not to use public chat channels on characters that are less than level 15.

We have put this ban under review and will get back to you in this thread.
