I just typed in trade channel and got a sudden disconnect and ban.. I dont know why its my bank character

Wow, I leveled to level 5 to be able to use chat because that will be my bank character. And when I got to orgri i just wrote to test if im able to use the chat i wrote like /2 421213 or something like that and when i hit enter i got banned. thats like the only messages i tried to send to a global chat..

btw this happens for the second time on my account... previously i thought there wont be a problem to use a level 1 character for bank like in retail and when i typed in /2 again it auto banned me, and i wrote here again and was unbanned.. then people told me i have to be 5 level minimum to be able to chat in global chats and I leveled this one to 5 level and now the same thing happened

my previous banned bank character for the same thing im talking about 1 level is Xmell, he is in the same account

They will likely unban your toons for this u can check the forums it happens all the time and you have to be 15* not 5 to get around the forums auto detect its a pain sometimes but it helps cut down gold spam more then u can imagine u should have seen how hard it was to find a group/buy/sell in trade before this feature

Thanks for the explanation Jleger20, in retail there is a report spam button and here not so I guess thats the way spam is fought here.
But why does it take so long for the investigation? Cant you just check that i havent even sent 1 message into the main channels..

Please minimize use of public chat channels until level 15. Make sure you have no addons that communicate through chat channels in the background.
