I entreat you once again to exposure those evidences regarding to my acc banned, as you had already mention previously. I had forbidden gold transaction on the record list which was resulting for the ban. So, I earnestly request you. pls exposuring these proofs and evidences.Im totally understand that you have to fix many cases every day. However, as far as I'm concerned, please Im not willing to see the response was a paste statement。 Hopefully, my appeal can be treated fairly this time

Both accounts were banned for buying/selling/trading gold. The bans have been confirmed by the administration and are permanent. There is no appeal.
