I played two hours of an Alterac valley then turned my screen off while my mum came into the room, pressed the keyboard a few times to stay in the game. turned screen back on after about 15 mins when she left and found myself disconnected from server and account closed.
I read the tos page and see that inactivity in bgs is an offense and i should have just afk'd out, just feel a ban is harsh after playing the char for so long
