Brother Banned Nostalrius PvP

So, im not the owner of the acount, but my brother has played with me since the begining, a few weeks ago he went out on vacation, so he hasnt been able to play, the day he left his account was alright.

Yesterday he tried to log in, but he wasnt able, and on the site it says he is banned.

We play together almost all the time, and im sure he didnt do any cheating or such in order to get banned, and most certainly not in the time he got the account banned, because he wasnt even able to log in being out of town.

So I would like to know why did he got banned, and to get his account back to normal.

The server is Nostalrius PvP, and the main character name is Xagno.

Well first of all, we have 2 separate accounts, and we did never share them, never did i log in with his, nor him with mine, we dont even know each others password, so...
