Account banned

Dear GM,

I was appealing for my guild's members.

Characters: Runinman Orc Rogue,
Tuchun Troll Hunter.

They were doing Tribute Run before teleported to GM Island. Then they were banned.

Could you help me check what is the reason for their account banned? They were doing a regular Tribute Run without using any reset bug. They did the Tribute Run for two times in four hours and they reset the dungeon after each Tribute Run.

Owner of the account must appeal their own bans.
