Account Banned.

Hi dear GM.

My chrac name its "Locoql"

few days a go, im playing usually with my toon... them fall in sleep and use my heartstone to TP to my ink.... but the bar of the Charge of Heartstone dosent completed, because i press alt + f4 ... the next 2 days i will log on my account and i noticed my account was Banned permanently with no reason!!!

Plz apologyze a reason, because i spend a lot of hours playing legally with nothing else more than some addons.
