temprorary banned

i have been banned temprorary due to afking in bgs from 27th and they told me its 3 days today 1st of march i dont know whats the problem need help

The bans go by hours, just because its been 3 days doesn't necessarily mean its been 72 hours.

If you know the exact time you got banned, add 2 hours on that and you'll know when the ban expires.
