Banned for loging into a horde alt on my other account to try to get people to sign up for PvP? Really? that's all I did.

Is there anything I did wrong? I didn't see that covered in the ToS, I wasn't boosting my toons weren't even on the same faction at the time. I just was telling people that they get a 10% discount if they get to rank 3 in PvP.

Oh boy.

The thing that comes to mind when you mention BGs and multiple toons, is the previous wording I have read for multiboxing. That is, there are certain instances where you may never sign onto another toon, one of which being if you were in queue. I don't see this wording now.

I'm hoping this was just an automated action that is going to get corrected. Korax is a top notch dude and one that never messes around in BGs.

The only thing I can think of is that the auto ban system thought I was trying to sell gold since I did mention that if you get rank 3 you would save 100g on your epic mount. If some auto ban system saw that maybe it caught me for that.

There was certainly no win trading talk, and I have been nothing but nice and respectful to horde players.
I even got quite a few whispers from people thanking me for the info because they didn't know it.

Its not the end of the world for me, but I did have several bank alts with quite a bit of stuff on them. The toon I was posting from was one I made just to play with my wife and her brother, so they were all at the exact same quest stage. Her brother moved recently so we haven't been playing recently, but we did plan to get back to it. Kida sucks.
