WTF?!? Permanent Ban?!?!?

I just joined yesterday! I was level 6, made my way to stormwind finally to get mining skill and doing pestles quest.
I go into bank to store some stuff then make my way to AH to try check bag prices.
I see how expensive they are and back away.

I ask in trade chat if there was anyone generous enough to donate a noob bag or two.
and right then... BAM! Ban. WTF? there is absolutely NO reason on my account ban status on the website!

The only thing i did that i think MAY have gotten me banned(though if it did, this is extremely abusive by whoever the gm that did the ban) was that i asked for help on a "stuck" form(because i didnt know which other form to use) , anyway i asked for help because my chat VERY CONSTANTLY gets bugged out, and i can't chat in neither /say /yell /general /local defense or anything, only whisper and party chat works. SO i asked for help claiming that i had done over 1000 google searches(which is true by the way) and couldnt find a fix, (and the deleted the chat-cache didnt work btw) and maybe the gm got mad and perma ban me?? WTF?


I would really LOVE an explanation as to why i was banned..

The account associated with character Clarixia on the PVP server was banned by the chat spam system. Try to minimize the use of public chat channels if your character is lower than level 15. These restrictions (which are also the cause of your other chat issues) are the result of having to somehow deal with massive gold seller advertising spam.

The ban is under review.
