i reset my password and my account still banned
can you unbanned my account ?

Your account was closed due to being compromised. This means either account sharing, selling, or other unauthorized access.
It more likely had something to do with your level 60 warrior Junkk on the account than it does with your level 10 priest Tatlos, however.
