Guys/Girls,

I understand that some people do get bans which should not be bans and are desperate to get back on thier accounts - However:

As you can see from the floods of posts on this forum that they have ALOT of requests to investigate and most of them are hackers/scammers/cheats wasting thier time in thier attempts to get thier accounts back.

The turnaround time on legit requests will take a little time so please be patient with them - Creating more and more threads is not the correct way to go about this.

The GMs are very thin on the ground compared to the playerbase on Nost so we all need to give them the time to do the correct investigations - It cannot be a case of just creating more GM's just like that as they need to ensure that the people they choose are trustworthy and are not going to do more harm than good (Look at the latest GM episode on Feenix)

All I am saying is dont pester the staff once you have made a post, give them some time to investigate and get back - Dont make mulitple posts about the same issue and most important do not be aggressive if your account is banned or it is taking time to get to your case.

Trust me, you would prefer to have it this way rather than the staff not care and the game full of cheats, hackers, scammers, and worse.



Yes that makes alot of sense....I would agree give them time to get all the facts together but it seems that a player can report you for something and you get a warning over it.....I am in a unique situation in my home life explained my problem could produce evidence that it wasnt true i wasnt in violation 1 GM was very professional 1 GM was not...was just called a liar and brushed off.....Most people that get banned im sure deserve it but there are a few that don't I got almost 2,000 of gameplay not even ful BIS pre raid gear have never seen a boss in a 40 man about 200g to my name I spend more time helping my "Sister" then focusing on my guy (unless im at work or shes sleeping) and i was accused of breaking the ToS why would i play so much with such lil gain and risk it for such a silly reason...I would've been more then happy to hear we will investigate further give us a week month few months whatever it took...But i'm called a liar by a GM told to start over...Which I won't....Not looking for sympothy but i have very few joys in life and this was one of them and its devastating .....horrible and it hurts alot of playtime hard work gone....it hurts man
