It states right in the ToS that a permanent ban is rare, However if you look through the thread you will see that it's cleary not rare actually rather common.
Blizzlike server.... well Blizz allows multi-boxing but that isn't the issue, What the real issue is the GM team doesn't have the resources to keep up with the players so they will ban you with limited information if you have two charecters with similar names logged on the same time they will assume you are multi-boxing 9 out of 10 times they are right...But what about that 1 time?
Again it doesn't matter they have to go with percentages because they are limited on the GM<PLAYER.
That is not fair to the 1 player out of 10...You start with a written final warning then permanent BAN you go from zero to 60 real fast...Well....I feel that the first warning should be a 3 day ban or something more harsh then a letter that just says Final warning...I wish the GM team would review this rule and make a step two temp ban or make the first warning a temp ban to go from a letter to permanent ban is just to harsh IMO the crime doesn't fir the punishment first offence temp ban would atleast illustrate much more to the player the consequence cause most likely 5 out of 10 players actually read the ToS (same with phones apps etc) I had about 2,000 hours of playtime taken away from something i am innocent of and it was made clear they either don't have time to let me prove it or just don't care they gotta move on.... but i'm done pleading that case..Just feel like people should voice their opinion and get the GM team to review this rule and add a temp ban step to the process..It's a really shitty situation but it is what it is.

I think the GM team does a great job overall I really do its been a great realm to play on but I hope they review this policy it's just not fair to that 1 guy out of 10 because of the ratio the GMS can't invest much time on a single issue so its done rapidly...
