Got banned randomly?

Hi! I started on this server yesterday. I reached lvl 5 on my human warrior and ran to stormwind to train mining. All of a sudden I get disconnected and permanently banned? I haven't done anything wrong at all, I have almost not even talked to a person in the game.

What is the reason to this?

I tried to write 2 times in trade channel asking how long time it would take to get lvl 60. 2 tries that didn't show in the chat. It seems a bit harsh to receive a ban for.

Its an automatic system to combat goldsellers. Sometimes it bans new players/accounts as a false positive.
