account banned

Dear GM,

Hello, I found my account was banned without any reason yesterday(server time about 15:00, March 2nd )when I played with my friends in AB. As a crazy wow & Nos fan, I am so disappointed and upset about this ban. Plz investigate this decision carefully.

Before I started my journey in Nos pvp ranking system, I heard a lot about malicious report by other pvp competitors and I never thought it would happen to me as I tried my best not to break any Nos rules. I am just a wower who really this game. Maybe I got banned because I spent about 18 hours a day in Azeroth. I know it is hard to enjoy both pve and pvp life in game but I really make a lot effort not only leading my guild members as a tank to have fun in instances like BWL but also fighting in any pvp battlefield as a marshal. To make this point clear, actually I asked GM in game about 2 months ago for pvp ranking issue. The question is: If I play 18 hours in a single day, will I be banned? Leythia said directly <NO> so I decided fighting like a soldier and hope to become a r14 warrior. Currently I achieved r13 this week but now I feel like every minute I spent in this server has no meaning as I never break any Nos rule and got banned.

Ps: This is the 2nd time I got banned for pvp issue and I would like to thank GM team unban my account last time as I was malicious reported by other pvp competitors. I still believe GM team will check my account fairly and make a verdict with justice. The only thing I want is, do not break any wower’s heart who loves Nos server and who really follows Nos rules.
