Banned and cannot see why (can't log into website to view)

Hey guys, the title says most of it. I started Nostalrius a few days ago and tried to log on today but the client says i'm banned. I researched a bit and saw that you can go on the website to view the reason, but it isn't letting me log on unfortunately. Any suggestions?
