Banned for no reason???

Hi,
my player name is Snowranger
server: nostalrius begins pvp

I was playing with my friend last night, got some weird glitch where i could not use my arrow, Disconnected and try re logging to try and fix and first showed disconnected then showed that i was banned, I have not done anything to break regulations and when i log in on the website does not say i was banned or any reason for it. also i have tried some of the trouble shooting, any idea whats going on. I see that others have gotten the same. banned on 03/05/16

The account associated with 'Snowranger" on the PVP server has never been banned. You may have typed in your password incorrectly too many times upon trying to log in. Wait some time and try again, or reset your password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
