Banned for no reason

So i was leveling with a friend when my internet cut out. After 5 mins my net came back on and i tried to login and it kept saying that i was unable to connect even though i could access the internet. After some attempts i started to enter random letters to see if the message would go away and then boom i got banned.

Please could you help me out
