banned for no reason. made new account instantly banned.

So i made an account a few months back, played a little then quit because i had no one to play with. Now my friends decided to try it out and i had my account banned, thought it mightve been hacked or something, And yes i had a good password and didnt tell anyone about anything regarding my login info. But since i didnt rly have that much on the account i decided to make a new one which when i make it and try to log in its instantly banned aswell.. what? Sure it might be some multiboxing security going on but i didnt even create a character on the new account.

What is going on and can i get my account back?

It's likely your account is not banned, and you just attempted to log in too many times with incorrect credentials (either account name or password). That will cause a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 mins to 1 hour and try again.
