perma ban for "threathening" a GM

Story is, I got cod scammed for half my gold > I reported to a GM which was very slow in response and didnt say anything of value to make me feel better of the situation. I was very pissed at the time so I was like fuck it and started talking bullshit and troll the gm. Telling him that I will hack his gm account and fix everything by myself. Ofc. I cant do anything like that nor have i had such intentions, just very pissed that I lost 33 gold.
I also told him that if he doesnt give me 1000gold I will hack his gm account in 33 minutes and 33 seconds, obviously trolling.
Why he isnt a good GM? - he didnt close the whisper to him, which any smart GM would have done from the start. he enabled me to pour my emotions into those whispers and 0 response from his side. His name was "As...." something. Not abathur for sure.

In couple of minutes GM Pottu teleported me to the GM white interogation box, said something like: "You are a special person, arent you? Threathening a GM like that. Enjoy your ban." and thats all of it.

So in the end the COD scam situation is left unadressed and I get a perma ban of my account for talking complete trash to a GM?
