Account banned? lvl 5 - 20 minutes gameplay.

My account was banned and I do not know why. I only played 20 minutes yesterday .. someone can explain to me what happened?

You probably got banned by the chat spam filter, which is very sensitive at low levels. You should refrain from using the chat channels before you are level 15.

A GM will review the ban, you just need some patience.

Also: never write your account name - this is half the information needed to hack your account. Having forum name and account name the same is a terrible bad idea, and unfortunately shows you don't take account security seriously.
IF you get hacked, there will be no assistance from the GM's - you are the only responsible for account security.

So if I were in your shoes I would start all over with a new fresh account and an unknown account name, rather than risking it getting hacked later because you told everyone the name.

Really??? they ban me just asking 2 times for Portuguese people?

They can check how many times i ask.. and i do 2 times, because i have some lag or something, and i didnt saw what i write, then i does it again in few seconds.

No, the automatic spam system banned you. It is designed to ban gold sellers, but is pretty annoying for other (legal) low levels as you. Unfortunately the best thing to do is to keep quiet until level 15.
