Account Banned Appeal

Hello GM's of Nostalrius,

The previous post for reason of my ban is via this link: viewtopic.php?f=65&t=37565

I wish to appeal this and have a more thorough review as I have never shared nor have any knowledge of being hacked. I spend over 16-18 hours a day on my account and did not see any unusual activities. My time consist mostly of raiding with my guild or doing instance runs. I am also on teamspeak and mumble where other players can help prove that it is legitimately me playing my own character. Furthermore, since I am on majority of the time throughout the day, I would've noticed missing gold or items if my account was hacked or compromised or numerous disconnects. The only time I DC is when the server is acting up along with other players experiencing the same dilemma.

In addition, I play mainly on a school campus hosted internet. Security is top notch at the school and graduate apartments. My antivirus is NOD32 and malwarebytes and I have not contracted and malware nor viruses for the longest time. I do not click on suspicious links other than trusted links by nostalrius trusted members. I highly doubt there are any hacks that were made to my account. Furthermore the only two places I have used to access my account is at my school apartments and my house desktop in another city.

Please give me a chance to provide you with any additional detail prior to closing my account permanently. I have invested a great deal of time to building up my character because I enjoy playing on this great server. I have reviewed the term of use and have not violated any rules. Again please let me provide you with ANY information (IP, guild members, etc.) that is needed for further review of my account.

I also want to inform you about my recent activities on the Nostalrius PvP server. My main activities have been either raiding/selling dungeon runs/very minor pvp. I have lately been selling numerous runs for low levels (Deadmines/Stockades/Scarlet Monastery/1 Zul'Farrak run) ranging from 5-20 Gold per run. After my farming I go straight to raiding which I got DC'd in the middle of due to a ban notification.

In addition, I have been browsing the account issue threads and this mage was one of the customer/player (https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=37563) that bought my service with his hunter partner and another warlock friend. I ran them through SM Cath/Lib/Arm several times. Apparently his reason for ban is similar to mine but I can assure you if you check our IP, I have no relation to him or him knowing my account. I also hope that this did not trigger any false alarms by the system due to me selling instance runs to players. It is possible that the system did lit up as low levels tend to AFK while I kill mobs and clear the whole instance for them. I prefer them to stay far so when I bubble they do not get aggro and die.

Again please let me provide you any means of proof or evidence that can help my case.

I have sent you a PM of all the addons I used prior to my ban. Some of the addons were disabled. I cannot log on my account to take a screenshot of the exact addons that were enabled or disabled due to the ban. Let me know if you need ANY additional information.

To be honest, I don't think they're reviewing your case and unbanning you, since you would be treated special.

I rather think they want to know which of the addons that get downloaded the most are the source of compromised accounts.

It is a possibility about what you say but how would this be considering that I am "treated special?"

I haven't violated and have ample proof of my account not being compromised. If I am constantly logged on throughout the day and haven't had DC/stolen/unusual activities how would my account be compromised over the past 4 months I've been playing?

The account compromise was confirmed by admins. The ban is permanent and will remain on the account. This account was accessed by persons other than just the account owner.
