Account is frozen？

I always play by the rules, why the accounts were frozen? I did not had multiboxing this behavior.

Why was I found in violation of the rules of the game to freeze my account. I love this game, but was frozen unclear

I like how you jump straight to saying you weren't multiboxing, when the ban doesnt tell you the reason for the ban, and the fact you jump straight to that, probably means you were doing it.
