I'm shocked to see that my account was banned for account compromise. I thought it should be banned by system for bug.
I need a chance to explain and clarify the fact.it's not a long STORY ,I just tried my best to offer a more detailed description to clarify,cuz I paid much more for this character.
I'm so sorry that you said "This has already been confirmed by staff" ,it should be a big misunderstanding
I was confused so much,maybe it made it by 2 reasons after a long recall :
the first one is this should have been confrimed by your technicians about the other unauthorized access to the account.
I am a businessman and on a business trip in another city recently.this is my air plan ticket (if possible, I could offer the Return ticket later) you know when I loggined in the hotel it should make a misunderstanding about the other unauthorized access to the account.
the second one : Maybe it should be confrimed and marked by this GM"Akasso" when I was banned ,I made a phone calle with my wife to login her account and concated with gm immediately.and she saved their chat to me for incase.sorry for the narratives by first person,cuz she was just waked up by me and also not good at english with anxiousness
then she answered "this is my account" and the Akassa responsed "sorry you account was banned for account compromise"

If my banned was confirmed by this GM for this chat.We feel so sorry about it,the main points are
"if it happened the bug with this Laintimme before banned" or ""if this Laintimme account would be account compromise"
the answer is "Yes" for the first point and "No" for the second one
It's unfair and without rhyme or reason that it was as the account compromise proof that a person(my wife) used a account to ask another account situation.
this account is my favorite,even my wife didn't login on it.and you could check all the date..I don't need to share this account with anyone.
I sincerely hope you could handle this case again and could help me clear this problem . my team needs me .we appreciate it so much.
