Perma banned for wrong password entry

Hello there,

This should be a quick easy case for you guys. I was perma banned for wrong PW entry.

I can give you the IPs that which I use to play on nostalrius. I play at work school and my 2 homes. all within 30 mins of each other.

I tried to change my PW the other day and I thought that I did. I tried logging in with it and it didnt work 3 times. I kept typing it in thinking i typed it in wrong the time before. After 3-5 consecutive tries, i got the ban hammer. I then panicked and logged onto the nostalrius forums and my new PW didnt work, the old one did. Kinda confused on which password is active even in this moment, but would like to continue playing ASAP.

Main char name is Velati. Let me know if anything else is needed, i have nothing to hide. cheers

The account associated with Velati on the PvP server has never been banned. If you try to log in with an incorrect password too many times, the system will implement a temporary IP block. Wait some time (30 mins to 1 hour) and try again.

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it again at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
