permanent ban for a foolish threat :s

my ingame id is: Slyfu

After a ticket I had opened about a COD scammer report, I was approached by a GM about the problem. We talked briefly but in the end I had lost alot of gold and the GM didnt say or do anything that would make me feel better, just a "Thanks for your time." so I felt really pissed off and in a way left out or ignored as a player.

So what I did in that moment of flowing emotions of anger, sry im no Jedi Master, I made a foolish and false threat towards that GM, that I will hack his <GM> account... which I fully regret now but Im only human and I let my anger influence me for just that one moment. I even had taken a screenshot of it, seemingly realizing that what I have said will get me into trouble. So here I am confessing :/.
I am really really sorry for being this stupid and I hope you could give me another chance. I promise to never again undermine Nostalrius Staff authority and learn to respect it.

I also took a look at the agreed ToU: https://en.nostalrius.org/terms-of-use#sanctions
and such threats (false or not) are nowhere listed under "V. Permanent ban"

Of course its just a stupid joke bluff threat, I have no idea whats the GM's username and I stated that email adress without knowing if its valid or not by noticing that all staff members have a gmail of that kind from the Bug Report website. I was not warned or talked to about this threat whatsoever.

hmm yeah you were stupid for getting scammed like this, and stupid for saying this to a GM who spends his evenings trying to fix players problem for free..
That seems a bit harsh however, but remember that you are not a customer here, just one out of tens of thousands of players and they dont care whether you keep playing or not so .. be appreciative
