Banned from Nostalrius

I'm confused why I was banned. I tried to log in at August 30th 2015 9:00 AM (GMT 0) and the game said that my account was banned. I looked into it and I came to this message "You are banned until August 30th 2015 04:09:39 AM for the following reason: "Anti-AFK bot"" It's August 31th 03:30 AM (GMT 0) and I still can' log in to Nostalrius.

I dont use bots and i wasn't using one. I was afk becaus i fall asleep on top off my keyboard during Alterac Valley Battleground. According to yours terms of use I should get a warning for AFK and not perma banned. "A - Warning: For minor infringements. A warning is first given to inform a player about the rules and warn him about future sanctions. Warnings remain in the players record.

Examples:
Spam;
AFK in BG's;
Extensive killing of important quest NPCs;
Player harassment;
Racist or offensive sentiments;
Using color changing scripts in-game;
Abuse of assistance system (forum or in-game);
Lack of respect towards the server or the staff members."

I never used a bot in my life and never got banned from any game. I'm asking to review the situation because this is a mistake.

Dude... You do realize the server keeps track of your keypresses and hardware interactions, correct? So they banned you for using software or macros to hit keys for you, after whatever interval. If you hit a key at a set interval the entire time you're asleep, man. I envy that. AFKing may not deserve a ban, but lying does. 10/10 stay banned.

I love coming to the support forums of people who cheat and get banned. Each one has some unique completely implausible excuse as to what happened. This server is far more serious than blizzard because we are not paying them, they are operating solely on merit. Cheating ruins the integrity of the game and server and you should stay banned.

P.s I fell asleep on my computer and that paragraph was typed when I woke up.

You got banned for using a bot, by the way. I forgot to mention that in my previous reply. Not for simply going AFK in a BG. Ex. Going AFK in a BG while randomly hitting a key every moment you get isn't perma-bannable, but instead warning/suspension.

E - Permanent ban.: Most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruption, as well as any of the following:

Examples:

Hacking;
Using any botting program;
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member;
Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items or any ingame services with real money;
Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server.

You don't get a warning when you use any kind of bot, including macros. Which is what you did.
