"7 day ban and final warning"

This is part of a message I got from a GM regarding my 7 day ban. This is my first ban though, so I'm just wondering wtf is up?!? Is it first and final warning or have I been a bad boy before?
And will I get permanently banned if I accidently commit some minor "crime" that would be considered blizzlike on other servers?

The account associated with the character Finalflash has been suspended for 7 days at 2015-08-24 for Abusing/exploiting in-game bugs. This infraction is severe which is why it's considered an final account warning. As you've had previous contact to Tyrael regarding this issue, please note that time spent processing issues that has already been answered keeps the Nostalrius staff from addressing other users' pressing issues. If a user repeatedly creates multiple tickets and/or threads regarding the same closed issue, or otherwise misuse the respective system, they will be asked to stop, and if ignored, they will receive an sanction on their account.

D - Last warning.: A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

• Casinos;
• Multiboxing;
• Abuse of in-game bugs;
• Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
• Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor.
