3 weeks and still can't log in..help

Three weeks ago I tried to log on as I do everyday but information wasn't right. I went to "forgot password" on the website and entered my email/account name. This brings me to a page that says "cannot change password at this time because the account was recently in use". I was told to wait 10 days and try again. This is the 3rd week and still nothing is working. I have watched my characters through our guild and non have been active since the start of this. I have all my info for password recovery correct otherwise it would not tell me the account can't be reset. I need help with this situation please. Thank you.
