Randomly banned for no reason??

I just relogged my game and it says my account is banned - -Removed- Char isKallish, im new to the server and somewhat confused

If you're still unsuccessful, you can attempt to reset the password using the link on the main website but the account must remain inactive for 10 days before it will work.
