Banned And I Don't Know Why

Hello I just joined this server and have a level 23 priest and I don't know why I was banned but it's really cutting off my playing time... So please look into this.

Login to the homepage and see what message it gives you. If you're banned, it'll give you the reason and either the date/time the ban was applied if permanent or the date/time the ban will expire if not permanent. If it doesn't say anything about a banning, then you're not banned and are likely just having connection issues.

Also, it'd be nice if you gave the staff your character name so they could, you know, look up your info.
