My character "Cnkylar" on PVP server was stolen between last Wednesday and last Sunday. All the golds and bags and mat has gone. Please investigate this situation and punish the thief who accept my things.

I am sorry for you're theft. But as the account owner you are the sole responsibility of keeping your account safe. If you got hacked that is not something that Nostalrius will assist you with, although I am abit unsure if you ment that you're account was hacked ?

Please make sure your E-mail is secure, that there are no keyloggers or other malware on your computer, and then change your password using https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

We cannot return stolen items to you, but we are tracking down the perpetrators. All gold obtained from these hacked accounts is traced, so anyone who purchases gold from these gold sellers will be banned.

Note that your account is not banned. We advise you secure it ASAP as continued compromise can result in a ban, especially if the hacker takes actions on it that lead to a ban (like advertising for gold selling sites).
