You do not get banned for having account name same as ingame name.
What *could* happen is you get hacked, and if the hacker performs illegal actions (cheat, sell gold, whatever), then the account gets banned. Account security is your responsibility, and if the account was indeed hacked and banned, the ban will not be removed.

Your account was banned by the chat spam filter. Please try to avoid using the public chat channels on characters of level less than 15. (It has nothing to do with your account name or char name).
