hey i got banned on the pvp realm, i remember last time i logged in was in december when i leveled my mage, hit lvl 16 then got bored and decided to go another server, so now im back and i wanna continue but apparently i got banned, and even if i make a new account it still says that the account is closed, i cant give any character name tho, i would like the reason why i got banned if possible, i tried to log on the website, but i cant even log in, it says *bad credentials*, i saw the *READ BEFORE POSTING* thread, i tried to wait 15 mins before trying again because i failed my password twice, still banned

Hey there,
Did you forget your character name or are you unwilling to post it? A character name is required for GM's to investigate the account.
If you're attempting to create another account with the same account name it's not going to work, as the old account will always exist even while banned.

There is no way for us to identify the account without a character name on the account. Alternatively, you can PM me the name of the account (do not post it in the forums) and we can look it up from that.
