Gold & items missing

Hey, i just loged on my account today and i noticed my golds and most of inventory & bank is missing, i haven't played since yesterday night 3am ~

Character: Kperry on PvP realm
gold missing 350~ few stacks of ore, stacks of gems, enchanting mats, cloths and more stuff.. like T1, pvp set parts, quests rewards etc...

how and why it happened if i'm not asking too much, can i get my stuffs back?

It sounds like your account was compromised. I would make sure to change your password as soon as possible to prevent this from happening again.

Per the Terms of Use, it is the account owners responsilbity to keep it safe.

A. Account security

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Nostalrius staff does not recover hacked accounts. You should:

Never share your account information;
Have a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
Connect yourself from a secure computer and network;
Never download unsafe files that might contain viruses/malware.

In terms of item restoration...

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

Unfortunately the gold & items are gone, we do not restore these in case of accounts being hacked.

It would be useful to know of anything you can think of that may have caused the compromise however - any websites you went to that might have looked like Nostalrius Begins but acted strangely, whether you shared your account info with anyone else, whether you have an account on any other private server with the same credentials.

You'll need to secure your E-mail, computer & change your Nostalrius Begins password. Note that if it appears like the hack is ongoing, it's possible your account could be banned to prevent further damage. So you should secure it ASAP.

I had the same credentials on another server, and my account on this server is actualy banned.
I did not shared my account with anyone, my computer do not have any malware etc checked with 3 different software.
And finaly i changed my password on nostalrius forums/igg account.

You got "cleaned" thats what chinese do. They clean your account ( sell everything worth to vendors gather gold and move it to their gold banks.) Next step is they sell your account or use it to spam gold ads.

Dont forget that they learn disenchanting and disenchant every last f*cking drop of your gear if they have the chance.

Please make sure your E-mail is secure, that there are no keyloggers or other malware on your computer, and then change your password using https://en.nostalrius.org/password . Make sure your password is different from that used on other private servers.

We cannot return stolen items to you, but we are tracking down the perpetrators. All gold obtained from these hacked accounts is traced, so anyone who purchases gold from these gold sellers will be banned.

Note that your account is not banned. We advise you secure it ASAP as continued compromise can result in a ban, especially if the hacker takes actions on it that lead to a ban (like advertising for gold selling sites).
