Account Closed?

Hi! First of all i would like to say thanks for all the amazing work you are putting into this server. I've played the game for a long time and with much excitement. That being said i've ran into some problems logging in. When i try to login it says my account has been closed. I played it last night so i dont know what happened?
How do i reopen it so i can play again? I have tried logging in to the website as your sticky post says but it just gives me the message "Server timed out, Try again".
I hope you can help me sort it out so i can get back in game.

Remove the account name, that is half the information needed to hack your account, and shows you don't take account security seriously.

GM's need a character and realm name.

if you did in fact buy gold, then don't bother - it just wastes our time. We appreciate when a player admits to it rather than launching an appeal.
