Account inaccessible, then banned

Hello! I was trying to log into my account that i had not logged into for a couple months, I had two lvl 60 characters.

I made another account to contact a GM who told me that the account wasn't banned, and to try until it came through. I did try until the client gave me a "Your account has been banned" kind of message, and when I tried to log in into the new account, it still gave me the banned message, so I made another account and it also gave me the banned message.

A character name in the account I care about is Veryann in the PvP server.

P.S.: I might have gotten my friend's account banned to by trying to log from what I believe is a banned IP.

A character name in her account is Luba.

You probably got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts.

LOL, turns out my account was hacked at some point cause there's about 700g and a couple valuables missing...

Looks like the problem is resolved regarding logging in. If you (or someone else) tries to log in too many times with an incorrect password, the IP address is temporarily locked. Waiting 30 minutes to an hour, and/or changing the password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password will resolve the issue.
