Account banned, GM please help!!

Dear GM~
I had two accounts
IGN:agwee and IGN: buguannina in PVP server.
which i opened both account yesterday and got banned..
I dont know the rules can not open two account at a time.
I was stuck on quest and thats why i opened another one to help myself.
Can you please help me this time, and i will never do it again
