acc login failed

Dear GM,
My friends was playing in Warsong Gulch last night,due to the net conditons worse its disconect and then he cant login until now.
He try to log in website but display "Login failed! Bad credentials."
what can he do now.

in game name : Loveacmilan
serve:PVP (alliance)

I can't login on the site either. I wasn't sure if it was because I was using the school net but I have a program that makes it possible to acess any site with no restrictions so I think it's the site, somehow...

On our side, we have taken the following actions:
- the number of possible login attempts has been drastically reduced to 1 per minute
- it is only possible to login on the website from your last in-game IP-address. We took this decision because it should not affect a lot of players, and will make these kind of attacks more difficult in the future

but the situation is my friend he cant log in game till now,that`s the key point,then he try log in website to find out whether his acc get ban,my acc cant log in website too but I can log in game!
